(Applies to Raids) 7.To Cancel /Reschedule Raid Runs, you must inform us at least 1 hour before the scheduled time via chat. otherwise you have to pay 30% if you don't show up or don't inform us early enough. 8. If a raid boss drops no loot due to a bug in-game , the boost is still considered completed, though compensation may be provided depending on circumstances. 9.
